Before booking, take a moment to read through these FAQs so you know exactly what you’re selecting and what to expect. I want your booking experience to be as easy as possible! 1️⃣ How do I choose the right service? First things first, love, choose your nail length! 💅🏽 You may have to scroll a little to find it. Once you select your length, another screen will pop up where you can choose your style. Here’s a little breakdown: 💜 Regular Full Set: Simple, clean, and classy. 💜 Freestyle: You give me creative freedom to do my thing! 💜 Design My Own: You’re in control of your colors, theme, and design. 💜 Recreation: You have a specific inspiration set you want me to recreate. 💜 Acrylic French: French tips created with acrylic instead of painted-on tips. If you’re unsure which service fits what you’re looking for, just ask BEFORE booking! I’d rather help you book correctly the first time. 💕 2️⃣ What is included in a Regular Full Set? This one’s for my simple and classy girls! 💕 Your full acrylic set includes: One solid color or classic French Up to TWO simple additions, such as line work, glitter, or a charm. If you’re wanting something more detailed, that’s perfectly fine, love! You’ll just need to select the service that matches your desired design. 3️⃣ What is a Freestyle Set? This is where you let Dhe Tech do her thing! 😍💅🏽 You give me your vibe and color preferences, and I create a unique set just for you. Every freestyle is different because I love being creative and switching things up! Just remember, love, a freestyle is NOT a recreation. If you want an exact inspiration set, please book Recreation instead. 4️⃣ What’s the difference between Freestyle and Design My Own? The biggest difference is who’s in control of the design! 💜 💅🏽 Freestyle: I take the lead and create your set using my creativity. 💅🏽 Design My Own: YOU take the lead! You choose your theme, colors, and design details. Design My Own is priced higher because of the additional customization and time involved. So if you’re particular about exactly how you want your nails, Design My Own is your girl! 💕 5️⃣ What is a Recreation Set? See a nail set you absolutely love and want the same look? This is the service for you! 💜 With Recreation, I’ll recreate your inspiration picture as closely as I can using my skills and techniques. Please understand that every nail tech has their own style, so an identical result isn’t guaranteed. Recreation means we’re following your inspiration picture, not making changes to the design. If you want to switch up the colors, artwork, or other details, please book Design My Own instead. 6️⃣ Why does pricing change by length? Because longer nails require more work, love! 💅🏽 As the length increases, so does the amount of product, shaping, detailing, and time needed to complete your set. My prices reflect the work that goes into giving you quality nails. Pricing is based on both the length AND style you choose. 7️⃣ Are add-ons included in the price? Yes, girl! No need to stress about paying separately for every little design! 💜 My services already include designs based on the style you select. Just make sure you’re booking the correct service for what you want. Anything outside your selected service may require booking a different option or adjusting the price BEFORE your appointment is confirmed. Please note: Additional services and designs cannot be added on the day of your appointment. 8️⃣ Why do you require a booking fee for specials/deals? Because my time is just as valuable as yours, love! 💜 Booking fees secure your appointment and help protect the time I’ve reserved specifically for you. Please remember: Booking fees are nonrefundable. Booking fees for specials/deals are not applied toward your service total. Booking fees may be transferred ONE time when rescheduling is requested at least 48 hours before your original appointment, according to my policies. Please read the full booking policies before securing your spot! 9️⃣ Do you offer discounts? Of course I do, love! 💕 If you’re looking to save a little, check out my Model Sets or the Specials/Deals section on my booking site. I offer different opportunities to book at discounted rates when available! And if those don’t fit what you’re looking for, you’re always welcome to choose a length and style that works better for your budget. 💜 🔟 Can I negotiate prices? No, love. 💜 All prices are set based on the length, service, time, products, and work involved. I do offer specials and discounted services when available, but my regular service prices are not negotiable. And that’s perfectly okay, love! 💕 Every nail tech has their own prices, techniques, experience, and way of doing things. My prices reflect MY work, time, products, and the experience I provide. I completely understand that everyone has a budget, and I encourage you to book with whoever best fits your needs. A Model Set is a discounted nail service where I get to bring MY creative ideas to life! 💅🏽 These sets help me try new designs, create content, and showcase my work. I choose the design and overall look. All you have to do is trust my creativity and come ready to get cute! 💜 Are Model Sets discounted services? Yes, love! 💕 Model Sets are offered at discounted prices because they’re used for creative content and promoting my work. You’re still receiving quality service, just at a lower price in exchange for allowing me to choose the look and capture content. Discounted price does NOT mean discounted quality! 💜 Can I choose my design or colors? No, love! 💜 Model Sets are completely tech-chosen. That means I select the colors, designs, and overall look. If you want to choose your own details, I definitely have services for that! Just book Design My Own or another regular service instead. Model Sets are for the girls who trust Dhe Tech to do her thing! 💅🏽 💜 What lengths are allowed for Model Sets? Model Sets are available in lengths up to LONG only! XL, XXL, XXXL, extreme lengths, heavy bling, and advanced designs are not included. Please make sure you’re comfortable with the length and design offered BEFORE booking. 💜 Are photos and videos required? Absolutely, love! 📸💕 These are content-focused appointments, so photos and short videos are part of the experience. By booking a Model Set, you’re agreeing to: Allow photos and videos of your nails. Tag @DheLuxPerfection when posting your set. Allow DheLuxPerfection to use the content for marketing and promotional purposes. If you’re not comfortable with these requirements, please book a regular service instead. 💜 How long is a Model Set appointment? Please allow approximately 3–4 hours for your appointment. I work within a scheduled time frame, so redesigns, unnecessary changes, and extended reshaping are not included. Come ready to relax, let me work, and enjoy your appointment! 💕 💜 How often are Model Sets available? Model Sets may be available throughout the month, depending on my schedule and content needs. However, availability can change or be paused at any time. If you see a Model Set you love and it’s available, secure your appointment while you can! 💜 💜 Can Model Sets be booked repeatedly? Possibly, love! 💕 But please understand that Model Sets are meant for creativity and content, not to replace regular full-priced services. Repeat bookings may be limited so other clients have an opportunity to participate. 💜 What happens if I don’t post my nails? When booking a Model Set, you’re agreeing to the content requirements. Failure to post, tag, or follow those requirements may affect your eligibility for future Model Sets or Brand Ambassador opportunities. Please only book if you’re comfortable following through with what’s required. 💜 💜 Can I convert a Model Set into a custom set during my appointment? No ma’am! Respectfully, we’re not doing that! 😂💜 Model Sets are chosen by ME for a reason! I provide 20 different design options to choose from, so please make sure you’re 100% comfortable with your selection BEFORE booking. Once your design is selected, that’s the design we’re doing. No redesigns, upgrades, or last-minute changes. If you’re wanting something customized, please book a regular service. Model Set pricing is for Model Sets ONLY. 💜 Who are Model Sets best for? CANCELLATION POLICY
✨ Cancellation Policy ✨ Your time — and mine — are equally valuable. To ensure fairness and respect for both, DheLuxPerfection has a 30% cancellation fee for all missed or canceled appointments. If I ever need to cancel on you, you will receive 15% off your next set as a courtesy. This way, both client and stylist honor each other’s time with the same level of respect. 💖 Thank you for understanding and for treating your appointments with the same care I put into every service 📖 Booking Policy 📚 To reserve your appointment at DheLuxPerfection, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposit /booking fee amounts vary depending on the service ($10, $15 or $30). ✨ Please note: • $10 and $15 payments are booking fees and are not applied toward your service for any special or deal booked. • $30 deposits are applied to regular service total. • Example: If you book a $30 special with a $10 booking fee, you’ll pay $10 at booking, then $30 at your appointment. ✨ Appointment Confirmation✨ All appointments must be confirmed within the required timeframe to secure your spot. Same-Day Bookings: 15 minutes to confirm. Future Bookings: 2 hours to confirm. Appointment Reminders: Must be confirmed within 12 hours of receiving the request or before your appointment, whichever comes first. All required booking fees, forms, and information must be completed within the booking timeframe. Unconfirmed appointment requests will be canceled and the slot released. Failure to respond to appointment reminders may result in cancellation at DheLuxPerfection’s discretion. Please Note: Appointments are not secured until approved and booking requirements are completed. All cancellation, rescheduling, and nonrefundable booking fee policies still apply. 💜 48-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel an appointment. 48+ hours’ notice: No additional cancellation fee. The original booking fee remains nonrefundable. Less than 48 hours’ notice: A 30% cancellation fee applies based on the total booked service price. The 30% fee is separate from your original booking fee or deposit. Cancellation does not automatically qualify your booking fee for transfer. Outstanding charges must be resolved before booking another appointment. 💳 Payments can be made directly through the website via booking site, cash, or Cash App for the remaining balance. A card on file is required to secure all bookings. At DheLuxPerfection, I don’t charge extra for additions — only length, designs are included in the price as longer nails require more time and detail. ✨ Thank you for respecting these policies, which allow me to provide a smooth, professional, and luxury experience for every client. 💅💖 PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING. 💜 BOOKING FEES & DEPOSITS All booking fees are **NONREFUNDABLE and for Specials/Deals only! ** Booking fees secure your scheduled appointment time. To qualify: Rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours before the original appointment. The original booking fee/deposit can be transferred to one new appointment. Transfers are permitted only once per booking. The new date and time are subject to availability. A second rescheduling request requires a new booking fee, even if proper notice is provided. Less than 48 hours’ notice: The booking fee/deposit is forfeited, a new booking fee is required, and the applicable 30% late-cancellation fee applies. 🔊 Speak Up Policy 🔊 At DheLuxPerfection, my goal is to ensure you leave absolutely in love with your nails. That’s why I encourage every client to speak up during your appointment. These are your nails — not mine — and I want you to feel confident and happy with the results. 💅 If there’s anything you’re unsure about — length, color, shape, or design — please let me know right away so I can adjust it before we finish. Respectful communication helps me give you the luxury experience you deserve. ✨ Please note: Once your service is complete, full payment is required. Prices are non-negotiable, and attempts to haggle will result in an immediate ban from booking future appointments. Just as you wouldn’t negotiate with luxury brands like Gucci or Prada, the same respect applies here. I love my craft and take great pride in every set I create — and I want you to love it just as much! 💖 👩🏽🍼 Guest / Extra People Policy 👯♀️ To maintain a calm, professional, and safe environment, no extra guests are allowed unless they are being serviced. This is my work space, and I ask that you treat it with the same respect as you would your own workplace. 🚫 ✨ Children: As a mother, I understand that finding childcare isn’t always possible. Children may be allowed only if discussed with me at least 72 hours before your appointment. This allows me to properly prepare my station and ensure a smooth experience for both of us. ❌ If this policy is not respected, your appointment will be canceled and will require a new deposit to rebook. Thank you for understanding and respecting my space so I can continue providing you with the best service possible. 💖 🙊 No Call / No Show Policy 🙉 Respecting time is essential at DheLuxPerfection. Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in the following: Strike 1: Your deposit will be forfeited. To rebook, a new non-refundable deposit will be required. And you are required to pay the 30% cancellation fee of the service you booked that day Strike 2: Your deposit will be forfeited, and you will be banned from booking for 6 months. After that period, you may request to book again. Strike 3: You will be permanently banned from booking future appointments. 🚫 Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without communicating is considered a no-call/no-show. The original booking fee is forfeited. A 30% no-show fee applies, separate from the booking fee. Outstanding fees must be paid before another appointment may be scheduled. Repeated violations may result in temporary or permanent restrictions on booking privileges. 💳 OUTSTANDING BALANCES & PAYMENTS Applicable cancellation and no-show fees are calculated using the total booked service price. Booking fees do not cover or offset additional penalties. Outstanding balances must be paid before future appointments are approved. Late-arrival fees are CASH ONLY. All charges are subject to the terms disclosed and accepted during booking and applicable payment-processing requirements. 💳 Payment Policy – DheLuxPerfection 💳 To secure your appointment, all deposits and booking fees must be paid at the time of booking. Failure to do so will result in your appointment not being reserved. ✨ Accepted Payment Methods: • Card (via booking site) • Cash (for remaining balance) • no refunds I’m willing to compensate services for any dissatisfied reason but I cannot do refunds of any kind ❗️Please note: I do accept Cash App 🚫no Zelle or Apple Pay. This policy ensures your appointment is confirmed, smooth, and professional — allowing me to provide you with the luxury experience you deserve. 💅✨ ⏱️ Late Policy ⏱️ At DheLuxPerfection, punctuality is key to ensuring every client receives the full luxury experience they deserve. Please respect both my time and your own by arriving on time for your appointment. ✨ Client Tardiness • A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After that, a $15 late fee will be added. • If you are 20 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled as it affects the next client. A $20 fee will apply, and it is your responsibility to contact me within 48 hours to reschedule with your deposit. After 48 hours, a new deposit will be required. • Late fees must be paid in cash. ✨ If I am Late • If I am late by 15 minutes, $15 will be deducted from your remaining balance. • If I am more than 20 minutes late, I will cancel and personally reschedule your appointment. You will not be charged. Please arrive on time and prepared for your appointment. 0–15 minutes late: Grace period. More than 15 minutes late: $15 late fee, CASH ONLY. 20 minutes late: Your appointment will be canceled, and a $20 late-cancellation fee applies. Appointments canceled due to excessive tardiness do not qualify for a complimentary booking fee transfer. Clients must contact DheLuxPerfection within 48 hours following a late cancellation to discuss future scheduling. Availability is not guaranteed. The $20 late-cancellation fee is separate from the booking fee. The 30% standard cancellation fee will not also be charged for the same late-arrival cancellation. This policy ensures fairness, respect, and professionalism on both ends. Thank you for valuing my time as much as I value yours. 💖 💅🏾 Nail Fix Policy 💅🏾 At DheLuxPerfection, quality and longevity are my priority. If a nail breaks within 2 days of your appointment, I will gladly repair it free of charge. After 6 days: • send a pic/video of your nails (Mandatory) • 1 nail: $3 • 2 or more nails: $7 each nail Please note: I take pride in my work and can tell the difference between natural wear, accidental damage, and a service issue. I kindly ask that this policy be respected and not taken advantage of Thank you for understanding and allowing me to keep your nails flawless with fairness and professionalism. ✨ WARNING ‼️ ⛔️ Once you book your services and additions you will no longer be able to add on any additional add ons! non negotiable ! Your price is set no exceptions Example: you book a simple set extra short with no additions your total for this is 45$ you pay your 30$ deposit booked the appointment. You appointment day comes and the remainder is 15$ . You can not add any charms designs or an anything else because you did not book that service and we won’t have time for it. ‼️ Important – Please Read 🫶🏾 When booking the Recreation option, you will receive the set exactly as shown in the photo you select. This means: • No color changes • No additions • No length changes • No design changes If you would like full creative freedom, please select the Design My Own option. ❤️ Example: • A Medium Length Set is $90. • A Design My Own (Medium Length) set is $140, which includes $50 worth of creative additions of your choice from what I have available. • You are welcome to bring your own additions; however, prices will not change, as the artistry and work are still being provided by me. 👑 POLICY ACKNOWLEDGMENT These policies apply to all new and returning clients. Clients are responsible for reviewing the policies before booking. Failure to read them does not waive the terms accepted during booking. DheLuxPerfection reserves the right to decline future appointments due to repeated policy violations, unpaid balances, or disrespectful behavior.
